In Q4 2022, the top Maps and Navigation apps on the Android platform in the United Kingdom showcased diverse trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at the performance of these apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

OS Maps: Explore hiking trails saw a peak in weekly revenue at approximately $39K during the week of November 21. Throughout the quarter, weekly downloads fluctuated, with a notable increase to around 5.5K in the final week of December. Active users dropped from 21.2K at the start of the quarter to a low of 15.4K in mid-December before rebounding to 19.4K by the end of the year.

For TomTom GO Navigation, weekly revenue peaked at around $14.2K in the week of October 24. Downloads remained relatively stable, with a slight peak of approximately 4.2K in early December. Active users hovered between 14.4K and 16.7K throughout the quarter, ending the year at around 15.4K.

Circuit Route Planner experienced consistent weekly revenue, peaking at roughly $10.3K in the week of November 28. Weekly downloads showed a minor peak at 1.6K during the same week.
